"I recently got a crack on my windshield, so I had been in touch with multiple glass companies and received some hefty quotes, so I was hoping that my insurance would help me. I reached out to Carter directly to see what I could figure out through my insurance. Carter responded very quickly and got to work on my claim immediately. Within a matter of an hour, my issue had been fully resolved and I had someone from Safelite reaching out to me to schedule a time for me to have my windshield replaced, free of charge! Thanks to a product that Carter had put me in years back. I’ve been with State Farm for as long as I can remember, and have worked directly with Carter for years now.
